Shame is one of the most powerful forces shaping how people relate to each other - whether or not sex is part of the relationship - yet it often goes unspoken. In this trauma-informed workshop, we’ll explore internalized shame as a nervous system survival strategy, and how it can block the emotional capacity needed for consent, communication, and connection. Through group reflection, discussion, and embodied practice, participants will be invited to shift from self-shaming toward self-compassion. Cultivating this self trust lays the foundation for relating to others with more authenticity and integrity.
